Why lazy and delay to learn the science of SEO

Okay we are back to the point; I am actually quite surprised that so many people put off - off to learn SEO? In fact many of them have a beautiful blog, understand how messing - tweaking their blog is better than me, and have a nice and interesting article, but unfortunately they also love to defer to learn SEO. Yet according to my view if they understand very little about SEO (at least SEO on Page) is a blog that they would manage to climb even higher to become a successful blog with overflow traffic.
Delay Reasons SEO
There may be several reasons for the delay in learning SEO. Here are some that occur to me:
